Delete password

Delete the permanent password for the your account. Afterwards you may request a new one time password.

To delete your password, please enter your e-mail address:

A one-time password is sent to the e-mail address.
This can be used to delete the password.
 

Please note
  • For access with a permanent password, the stored e-mail address
    or the membership number / user number can be used.
  • However, a one-time password can only be used in combination with the email address.
